Effective March 27, 2026, Sony will discontinue accepting purchase requests for the majority of its CFexpress and SD memory card offerings. While select Type B variants and entry-level SF-UZ SD cards will continue manufacturing per PetaPixel's report, remaining inventory of discontinued models—including CFexpress Type A, Type B, and SDXC/SDHC categories—will be available through retail channels until stocks are depleted.
